Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a Master's degree in Nursing and a current, unrestricted license to practice in Massachusetts. They should possess a strong understanding of primary and family care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, and disposition planning for patients.
The Nurse Practitioner will provide evidenced-based primary and family care to patients, including conducting routine examinations, performing diagnostic tests, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. They will also handle patient appointments, provide health counseling, encourage patient engagement in their healthcare, and manage clinic administrative duties such as opening/closing, inventory, insurance verification, and payment collection, while maintaining a clean environment.
