The candidate should be passionate about digital media and sponsorship, possess analytical and strategic skills, and be comfortable working with data and formulas in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills are also required.
The Digital Media Planning Associate will create digital media proposals ranging from $20K to $2M using an order management system, and will regularly convey proposal details and decisions to the sales team. They will also support NPR’s sales organization in developing strategic digital sponsorship proposals across NPR’s digital platforms, including Tiny Desk, NPR.org, the NPR App, and popular podcasts, and contribute to the broader mission of public media by working with companies to generate support for the public broadcasting system.
