Intro to Position:

NPM is seeking a Digital Media Planning Associate to join its Digital Ad Operations team in supporting corporate sponsorships. This team partners closely with NPR’s sales organization to develop strategic digital sponsorship proposals for campaigns across NPR’s digital platforms, including Tiny Desk, NPR.org, the NPR App, and popular podcasts such as Up First, TED Radio Hour, Planet Money, Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me!, and Fresh Air.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital media and sponsorship. They are analytical and strategic, with the ability to recommend the most effective mix of NPR digital products for each client. The candidate should be comfortable working with data and formulas in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regularly conveying proposal details and decisions to the sales team.
