Graduates from any discipline (minimum Bachelor’s degree) with strong academic results; either newly graduated or those with some limited experience post-graduation
Passion for brand building and business management, with a creative mindset curious about consumer behaviours and wanting to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns
Ability to make complex decisions using all available data, comfortable using gut feeling and instinct when data is missing
Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability
Excellent communication and social skills to lead external and internal stakeholders
Strong English and Swedish verbal and writing skills
Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and execute marketing and product plans by identifying consumer insights and product innovation needs
Develop marketing campaigns
Execute the marketing strategy by leading the media and demand-creation plan
Take full ownership and responsibility of the Nordic brand business from day one, acting as a total business owner with an entrepreneurial mindset
