Requirements

  • Graduates from any discipline (minimum Bachelor’s degree) with strong academic results; either newly graduated or those with some limited experience post-graduation
  • Passion for brand building and business management, with a creative mindset curious about consumer behaviours and wanting to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns
  • Ability to make complex decisions using all available data, comfortable using gut feeling and instinct when data is missing
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability
  • Excellent communication and social skills to lead external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong English and Swedish verbal and writing skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and execute marketing and product plans by identifying consumer insights and product innovation needs
  • Develop marketing campaigns
  • Execute the marketing strategy by leading the media and demand-creation plan
  • Take full ownership and responsibility of the Nordic brand business from day one, acting as a total business owner with an entrepreneurial mindset
