Responsibilities

Process orders accurately and efficiently using the client tool (BrightTree)
Organize and manage medical documents in PDF format
Upload PDF documents to the client tool as required
Maintain and manage documents via the client's SharePoint system
Perform additional tasks related to order processing and PDF document management as needed
Send and receive reports via email, ensuring all communication is timely and accurate
