Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience with plastic manufacturing machinery & equipment
  • Experience maintaining Nissei or Aoki brand equipment
  • Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics & basic electrical
  • Ability to read and interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints & schematics
  • Your own tried & true tools (wrenches, screw drivers, sockets, ratchet sets, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance for plastic packaging manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
  • Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures with Nissei & other production equipment
  • Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
  • Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices, & procedures
