Requirements

  • Deep understanding of current domestic and international 2D character markets, tracking 2D character trends and user preferences
  • Familiarity with major domestic and international 2D character content platforms
  • Strong knowledge of 2D character culture and a deep understanding of mobile 2D games, with experience playing top 2D character games (2-3+ titles)
  • 3+ years of experience in game promotion or operations
  • Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and strong collaboration and communication skills
  • English, Japanese, or Korean language proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop a content ecosystem and content publishing account matrix for the 2D character game official community
  • Plan content columns based on operational goals
  • Maintain continuous content filling within the community through PGC, PUGC, and UGC methods, adapting to operational needs during new game versions, promotional events, and periods of inactivity
  • Identify user preferences and trends, and propose targeted content operation plans
  • Develop creative content proposals aligned with key versions and promotional goals, creating impactful highlights
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, ensuring content execution, quality control, and timely delivery
  • Regularly summarize user feedback and content data, establishing a content effectiveness evaluation system and continuously optimizing content creativity and execution
