本科及以上学历，计算机、通信或相关专业，2年以上游戏项目管理经验，有开发技术背景经验、或大型游戏测试经验、或版本PM经验者优先。
熟悉软件项目过程管理，对敏捷项目管理有实际应用经验及理解。
具备良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，能够建立良好的团队氛围。
具有较强的风险意识，能够很好的识别项目风险，并做好风险应对。
具有较强的执行力，推动团队向目标前进，善于归纳总结，能够推动团队效率不断提升。
熟悉游戏正式运营期的版本管理工作，熟悉关键技术，和项目周边部门如运维、测试、安全进行沟通和协调，保证版本发布进度和稳定性。
加分项：二次元游戏经验丰富者优先。
加分项：韩语口译和笔译能力达到韩语母语级别者优先，此外有英语/日语能力者优先。
加分项：持有PMP等项目管理认证者优先。

Responsibilities

负责手游项目版本管理，确保项目团队各干系人协同工作。
负责版本计划的制定、过程跟踪、风险监控，确保项目按计划完成。
根据研发版本排期，输出并跟进版本的各项测试、部署、提审、发布等版本流程环节工作。
负责研发工具建设和专项技术建设，保证项目质量的稳定，提升研发效率。
负责版本构建、冒烟等Bug识别、推动修复，保证版本的按质按期交付。
