Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science/engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field (New College Graduate only)
Good knowledge and skills in machine learning and deep learning
Strong skills in data analysis and visualization (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or Python)
Basic programming in web development or automation knowledge (Python, PLC, or data collection)
Good English communication skills, verbal and written
Knowledge in Automated Workforce project and digital transformation

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and visualize supplier quality data using digital tools (Power BI, SQL, or equivalent)
Assist in developing and maintaining digital dashboards, automated reports, and data-driven decision-making tools for SQE, including digital transformation projects
Participate in supplier workshops and training to promote digital adoption and continuous improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to improve quality performance, drive automation, support the Industry 4.0 journey, and predict quality
