Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales expectations within assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner
  • Understand and identify customer needs, align marketing resources, and support pull-through activities
  • Embody and communicate Intra-Cellular’s corporate vision of delivering innovative treatments to improve lives of individuals with neuropsychiatric, neurologic, and other disorders
  • Develop local strategic and tactical plans, differential resource allocation, and manage budget and expenses within assigned territory
  • Following compliance guidelines, drive sales performance by calling on predominantly Primary Care HCP offices and select PC targets (in-person and virtually) to meet sales forecasts
  • Educate and engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing
  • Effectively use assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives and customize discussions based on customer needs in a compliant manner
