Responsibilities

Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

Manage problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize adverse impact on business, prevent recurrence by finding root cause, and initiate actions to improve or correct the situation
Help transform back office and network operations, reduce time to market, grow revenue by improving customer experience and capex efficiency, and reducing cost-to-serve
Work in rotational shifts (may be required)
