Responsibilities

  • Helps transform back office and network operations, reduce time to market and grow revenue, by improving customer experience and capex efficiency, and reducing cost-to-serve
  • Manage problems caused by information technology infrastructure errors to minimize their adverse impact on business and to prevent their recurrence by seeking the root cause of those incidents and initiating actions to improve or correct the situation
  • Support Helpdesk request types listed in the Work Order
  • Manage standard Helpdesk Support Center processes
  • Maintain and follow standard Helpdesk Support Center ticket handling process flows
  • Maintain standard Helpdesk Support Center escalation processes
  • Determine level of support (tier 1, 2, 3) to resolve request
  • Determine ticket weight based on mutually agreed procedure
