Knowledge and experience in mobile technologies – 4G, 5G NSA, 5G SA, IoT, VoLTE, VoNR
Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting 4G mobile core network elements – MME, SGW, PGW, HSS, etc
Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting 5G mobile core network elements – AMF, SMF, UPF, UDM, etc. (beneficial)
Knowledge and experience in mobile radio network, mobile end-user devices (beneficial)
Good oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English
Proactive, self-driven individual with solid understanding of underlying network and IT technologies and solutions
Strong solution design, activity management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills spanning various levels of abstraction for technical teams, business executives, and clients

Responsibilities

Design and deliver technical 5G SA EMN solutions
Take responsibility for solution fit to customer needs and provide technical expertise to business stakeholders
Ensure design meets quality, regulatory, operability requirements and strategic alignment
Ensure smooth solution operations
Raise and analyze solution performance and operation issues both proactively and reactively
Develop performance metrics and provide insights for solution improvement
Prepare operational teams to handle launches and major changes
Cooperate with solution and system architects, network and IT development teams, service assurance, business managers, project managers, vendors
