Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in mobile technologies – 4G, 5G NSA, 5G SA, IoT, VoLTE, VoNR
  • Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting 4G mobile core network elements – MME, SGW, PGW, HSS, etc
  • Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting 5G mobile core network elements – AMF, SMF, UPF, UDM, etc. (beneficial)
  • Knowledge and experience in mobile radio network, mobile end-user devices (beneficial)
  • Strong solution design, activity management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technical 5G SA EMN solutions
  • Take responsibility for solution fit to customer needs, provide technical expertise to business stakeholders
  • Ensure design meets quality, regulatory, operability requirements and strategic alignment
  • Ensure smooth solution operations
  • Raise and analyze solution performance and operation issues both proactively and reactively, develop performance metrics and provide insights for solution improvement
  • Prepare operational teams to handle launches and major changes
  • Cooperate with solution and system architects, network and IT development teams, service assurance, business managers, project managers, vendors
