Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in network operations, with a focus on advanced network troubleshooting and support
Proven experience with network hardware and software from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and others
In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, IPSEC, VPN, and QoS
Hands-on experience with the Full stack Cisco Meraki platform (MX firewalls / MS Switches and MR Access points), including Meraki Dashboard, and configuration and management of Meraki devices
Familiarity with AWS networking and SASE platforms, including their capabilities and integrations
Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams
Nice to Have: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP, or equivalent are highly desirable
Nice to Have: ITIL Foundation certification or higher is desirable

Responsibilities

Oversee network performance utilizing an array of tools and promptly respond to alerts as they arise
Deliver expert assistance for network-related issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
Analyze and remedy intricate network problems associated with ISPs/carriers, SD-WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and various other network devices
Provide support for AWS networking and other cloud environments, including VPN tunnels
Ensure smooth integration between on-premises networks and AWS cloud environments
Implement and oversee Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions to bolster network security and optimize performance
Integrate SASE platforms with the current network infrastructure while ensuring adherence to established security policies
Design and uphold artifacts and documentation pertaining to cyber security processes in accordance with established policies and standards
Execute and uphold network security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's network against potential threats
