Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in cellular core network deployments
  • Ability to analyze cellular system trace data and pcaps, quickly identifying where issues should be routed
  • Proven success operating as a flexible team player in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while driving complex initiatives to completion
  • Experience drafting MOPs and executing maintenance windows
  • Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage every detail of network rollouts: define project plans, coordinate resources, and escalate when things go off track
  • Develop and execute test cases for new functionality launches
  • Configure devices and create repeatable runbooks to ensure smooth deployments
  • Gather customer feedback, create and manage trouble tickets, escalate issues as needed, and dive into traces/logs to identify root causes—while keeping documentation and resolution plans up to date
  • Define and document processes to ensure smooth operations, especially during launches and testing
  • Lead launch operations planning and execution, including methods of procedure (MOPs), rollback strategies, maintenance windows, and delivery approvals
  • Build and maintain critical systems and 3rd-party tools that automate network operations
  • Deliver anonymized dashboards for partner MNOs, ensuring they have visibility into usage on their networks
