Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team comprising Clinical Associates, Network Associates, Project Coordinator, and Clinical Specialist Recruiter
  • Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Network Operations team and with other departments
  • Manage team workload, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Translate the strategic vision of the Head of Clinical Operations into actionable operational plans for the Indian network
  • Drive the execution of network expansion, capacity planning, and retention strategies to meet customer demand and service level agreements
  • Monitor key network operations metrics (e.g., recruitment funnel, onboarding time, network utilization, quality scores) and implement corrective actions
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and propose solutions for optimization
  • Oversee the end-to-end clinical provider recruitment process, ensuring alignment with quality standards and network needs
  • Supervise onboarding and training programs for new providers, ensuring adherence to Lyra’s standards and local compliance
  • Ensure effective rate negotiation processes for new affiliates
  • Work with the Project Coordinator to manage and track key network operations projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization
  • Develop, document, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for network operations activities
  • Oversee operational coordination of Onsite Clinics, training requests, and initial critical incident support
  • Ensure smooth referral management and handover processes within the network and with regional call centers
  • Provide operational support for maintaining strategic relationships
