  • Experience reviewing complex projects involving network technologies and hardware, defining technical requirements, and ensuring top technical standards
  • Proficiency in leading teams of technical analysts for network installation, configuration, and management
  • Skills in collaborating with Project Managers to monitor status, lead initiatives, and align with business goals
  • Capability to manage new site deployments, network upgrades, and legacy infrastructure decommissioning
  • Knowledge of improving processes through new capabilities, optimization, and innovation for network performance
  • Strong communication skills for project status, risks, and updates

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and inspire cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and manage new site deployments, upgrades, and decommissions
  • Lead design, implementation, and support of LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, and load balancer infrastructure during MADS initiatives
  • Assess MADS project requirements for compliance with EC standards and network best practices
  • Review complex projects, define technical requirements, and ensure adherence to technical standards
  • Lead a team of technical analysts in network installation, configuration, and management to meet project objectives
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor project status and lead key network initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Manage new site deployments, network upgrades, and legacy infrastructure decommissioning
  • Improve EC MADS processes by identifying new capabilities and optimizing procedures for better performance and reliability
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
