Candidates must have 16 years of experience (combinable with education: Doctorate +8 years, Master’s +10, Bachelor’s +12, Associate’s +14, HS +16), DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 compliance, and experience in Tier III or higher network operations, design, and implementation, including production network hardware and software configurations.
Responsibilities include overseeing workforce health, daily operations and performance objectives for the network engineering team, resource mapping within timelines and budgets, maintaining client relationships, ensuring standards are followed, interpreting customer requirements, documenting network designs, providing technical expertise, solving problems innovatively, and developing secure network designs aligned with DISA STIGs.
