Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles
  • Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership
  • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  • Location within 25 miles of a DXC office or client site in Dallas, TX (required to work onsite at minimum 2 times per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded
  • Work closely with Account Delivery Managers and Associates to ensure efficient account operations
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals
  • Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics
  • Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies
  • Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary
  • Provide regular status updates on account performance
