NetSuite Administration Certification (2 years experience with NetSuite)
NetSuite Certified Administrator certification (required)
5 years experience with NetSuite
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (preferred)
Able to manage multiple deliverables without sacrificing attention to detail or efficiency of work production
Possess excellent work ethic and integrity
Must live in the United States
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

Maintain user access, roles and rights and implement appropriate controls and audits
Create, manage and edit customized NetSuite reports, forms, fields, and records
Keep and maintain master business data lists for reporting and integration
Manage, own and document all requirements involving NetSuite, including all integrations
Identify performance gaps, both technological and business related, and propose dynamic solutions to address the gaps
Own NetSuite projects including audit of current settings, enhancements, integrations, process controls, release testing and other special projects
Share individual subject matter expertise and be a liaison to Finance/Accounting and other data organizations
Ensure EDI transactions flow smoothly to and from customers through the NetSuite environment and troubleshoot any issues
Work closely with NetSuite support and third parties to fully utilize the functionality of the system
Maintain, support, customize, and optimize the current NetSuite and Adaptive Planning environments
Provide day to day admin support and drive long term improvements to support business objectives and improve automation of month end processes and reporting
Be the primary contact for managing support with external partners
