Requirements

  • NetSuite Administration Certification (2 years experience with NetSuite)
  • NetSuite Certified Administrator certification (required)
  • 5 years experience with NetSuite
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (preferred)
  • Able to manage multiple deliverables without sacrificing attention to detail or efficiency of work production
  • Possess excellent work ethic and integrity
  • Must live in the United States
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

  • Maintain user access, roles and rights and implement appropriate controls and audits
  • Create, manage and edit customized NetSuite reports, forms, fields, and records
  • Keep and maintain master business data lists for reporting and integration
  • Manage, own and document all requirements involving NetSuite, including all integrations
  • Identify performance gaps, both technological and business related, and propose dynamic solutions to address the gaps
  • Own NetSuite projects including audit of current settings, enhancements, integrations, process controls, release testing and other special projects
  • Share individual subject matter expertise and be a liaison to Finance/Accounting and other data organizations
  • Ensure EDI transactions flow smoothly to and from customers through the NetSuite environment and troubleshoot any issues
  • Work closely with NetSuite support and third parties to fully utilize the functionality of the system
  • Maintain, support, customize, and optimize the current NetSuite and Adaptive Planning environments
  • Provide day to day admin support and drive long term improvements to support business objectives and improve automation of month end processes and reporting
  • Be the primary contact for managing support with external partners
