Requirements

  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding technical solutions, requirements, solution design, and customer presentations
  • At least 5-8 years’ experience in ERP software implementations
  • Proven experience in understanding customer requirements and defining technical solutions
  • Strong technical competence and domain knowledge of ERP and Enable products
  • Ability to write code and resolve technical and design issues

Responsibilities

  • Understands the requirements of customers and helps define the technical solution
  • Creates estimates for client engagement deliverables
  • Takes personal responsibility for ensuring the customer’s problems are resolved
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers, R&D, delivery teams, resellers, and system integrators
  • Takes ownership of multiple solutions to maximize value for customers
  • Actively contributes to the successful implementation of proposed solutions
  • Partners with Functional Consulting, Project Management, and Clients to provide feedback on solution design
  • Acts as a conduit between customers and technical teams
  • Maintains a high-level of technical competence and shares learnings with the team
  • Provides solution architecture support and technical guidance to other team members
  • Identifies technical strengths and weaknesses of team members and works to improve skillsets
  • Provides training and mentoring to the team
  • Assesses product gaps and raises requirements to the R&D team
  • Proactively identifies and addresses internal process gaps
  • Ensures the Technical Design of software customizations meets customer requirements and is thoroughly documented
  • Provides technical issue resolution for escalated incidents and tickets
  • Leads by example through high-quality development work and a professional approach
  • Undertakes additional tasks, responsibilities, and ad hoc projects as requested
  • Ensures all billable work is accurately tracked and billed effectively
