Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Canada’s private drug insurance carriers, national pharmacy benefit managers, and key employers in Canada.
  • Access Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Corporate Affairs, Medical and, Pricing Reimbursement, Market Access (PRA) and Patient Support) to develop access strategies and plans that ensure Lilly products are receptive to the Canadian private payer environment.
  • Support Market Access Objectives: Work closely with the PRA Head Office team and support the Sales/Marketing commercial teams to exceed annual brand access objectives.
  • Private Payer Reimbursement: Accountable for the development and implementation of private payer access strategies for all new & existing Lilly brands.
  • Payer Submission Guidance: Provide guidance to the PRA Head Office team on Lilly private payer submissions to ensure timely delivery and exceed decision-makers’ requirements.
  • Collaboration with Colleague: Collaborate with their NPPM colleague who have responsibilities for their respective private payers to ensure alignment on mutual brand access strategies and payer tactics.
  • Account Business Process Improvement: Assess and improve private payer account business processes and capabilities, sharing insights with internal business partners.
