Responsibilities

  • Support sales targets: Achieve set NKA customer sales under company policies and requirements, improve sales performance through effective customer management and service
  • Maintain customer relationships: Assist in establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with NKA customers, provide support and solutions to enhance customer loyalty
  • Implement sales strategies: Under the guidance of the direct manager, assist in formulating and executing specific customer sales strategies, clarify sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Manage channel budgets: Under the guidance of the direct manager and within authorized scope, reasonably plan, use, and manage channel investment budgets, track and manage to ensure balance of receivables and payables within the period
  • Execute brand activities: Assist in organizing and promoting brand promotion activities for key customers, coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth implementation, and increase brand awareness
  • Collect market feedback: Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback, identify market changes and customer needs, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: Closely cooperate with marketing, sales, finance, and other departments to integrate resources and implement sales strategies, ensuring company policy execution
  • Prepare reports: Prepare and submit sales reports, report project progress and market dynamics to the manager, and provide support for decision-making
