Responsibilities

  • Leads development of Strategic Account Plans that align with Abbott core capabilities to key account strategic imperatives
  • Identifies business/access opportunities and guides KAM team in territory management through increasing tender lists, building nutrition protocols, engaging KOLs, and creating valuable access activities to drive better business results
  • Works with key stakeholders/decision makers of Top Key Hospitals in planning partnership programs to accelerate access based on strategic insights of mutual needs from hospitals and Abbott Nutrition International
  • Implements programs in Key Accounts in collaboration with Marketing team and in line with strategies
  • Leads members of the KAM team to advocate/educate Account stakeholders to enhance quality acknowledgment of Abbott Nutrition portfolios
  • Delivers access goals including KAs objectives, key account performance, and facilitates business goals successfully
  • Increases disease awareness and loyalty/adherence for each key account to enhance patient reach, including policy engagement at account level
  • Centralizes Abbott Nutrition Key account management and tender activities to develop Account Plans and monitor all progress as contact point between Abbott and Account
  • Partners with Field Force to ensure programs are implemented end-to-end and achieve objectives
  • Trains/ Coaches/ Controls the KAM team to be more effective and proactive in activities and key account management
  • Manages and guides KAM to develop action plans (weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing sales figures and reports, identifying account needs, and discussing issues with manager to achieve sales goals
