Requirements

Responsibilities

The National Director of Field Medical Affairs will establish, grow, and lead the national field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team, including defining operational frameworks and best practices. They will translate overarching medical strategy into clear, actionable goals and measurable field medical initiatives, ensuring high standards of scientific and operational excellence. The role involves overseeing field-based support of clinical trials, engaging with key thought leaders and external experts, representing the organization at scientific conferences, and building MSL team infrastructure for compliant scientific insight and data collection. Furthermore, the National Director will oversee MSL scientific engagements, guide the collection and dissemination of actionable insights, and support MA by engaging with cross-functional teams on business planning and strategic imperatives, while ensuring the highest ethical standards and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
