Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue generation in class D small key accounts directly
  • Partner with the Commercial Organization to drive distribution, contributing 80% of India business
  • Maximize revenues from sales of organization's products/services through channel partners in assigned India markets
  • Generate and grow business by promoting product range and implementing sales strategies
  • Define and implement sales strategy to meet sales targets in small accounts (class D) across India with 2 team members
  • Manage forecasts for class D accounts
  • Ensure DSO adherence with appropriate collection strategy deployment
  • Define distribution goals and plans to manage distribution operations for business objectives
  • Consolidate channel partners and appoint right partners to drive growth in priority segments
  • Identify channel partners with required infrastructure to support sales and service initiatives
  • Handle revenue collections and DSO management as per company terms and conditions
  • Conduct trainings for channel partner team members as needed
  • Provide right tools and knowledge to support product portfolio
