Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end payment processes, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and customer queries
  • Collaborate with local payment providers and banks to ensure timely resolution of transaction-related issues
  • Monitor transactions in real time to detect, investigate, and escalate suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Assist in analyzing customer payment behavior and trends to recommend improvements in payment flows and methods
  • Contribute to operational enhancements by documenting workflows, SOPs, and process improvements
  • Support the integration and testing of new payment technologies and solutions
  • Ensure all payment operations comply with relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Provide timely support during system downtimes or payment-related incidents to minimize customer impact
