Responsibilities

Manage large suppliers and Business Process Outsourcing, ensuring SLA compliance and issue resolution
Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and lead sourcing projects across the US/Canada region
Negotiate supplier terms including pricing, payment, service levels, and response times
Collaborate with sourcing and business teams to execute service strategy and drive productivity
Ensure supplier compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Lead supplier reviews and support classification activities to improve business metrics
Share best practices across regions and align with global sourcing strategies
Drive compliance with preferred suppliers and reduce leakage
Lead sourcing strategy for Multivendor Services, driving cost savings, operational efficiency, and supplier compliance and performance
Partner with business teams to analyze spend data, negotiate complex supplier contracts, and manage strategic contracts
