Responsibilities

  • Manage large suppliers and Business Process Outsourcing, ensuring SLA compliance and issue resolution
  • Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and lead sourcing projects across the US/Canada region
  • Negotiate supplier terms including pricing, payment, service levels, and response times
  • Collaborate with sourcing and business teams to execute service strategy and drive productivity
  • Ensure supplier compliance with quality and regulatory standards
  • Lead supplier reviews and support classification activities to improve business metrics
  • Share best practices across regions and align with global sourcing strategies
  • Drive compliance with preferred suppliers and reduce leakage
  • Lead sourcing strategy for Multivendor Services, driving cost savings, operational efficiency, and supplier compliance and performance
  • Partner with business teams to analyze spend data, negotiate complex supplier contracts, and manage strategic contracts
