Requirements

  • Experience managing multinational insurance portfolios, particularly in the U.S. Midwest Zone
  • Leadership skills to manage a team of Multinational Client Executives and Multinational Client Coordinators
  • Knowledge of AIG’s Global Multinational Business Model, end-to-end processes, product strategies, and appetite
  • Ability to engage and partner with internal (product, distribution) and external stakeholders
  • Expertise in designing, developing, and executing targeted multinational programs, including captive fronting
  • Understanding of U.S. growth strategies, global multinational strategies, business plans, and operating models
  • Skills in portfolio management for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Multinational clients
  • Proficiency in pre- and post-bind activities, service level standards, performance metrics, and client experience improvement
  • Knowledge of service fee discipline, rate adequacy, and audit/controls procedures
  • Capability to develop and execute zonal business plans and foster employee growth through training and succession planning
  • Subject matter expertise in Multinational insurance for training and thought leadership

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall performance of the U.S. Midwest Zone multinational portfolio
  • Lead a team of Multinational Client Executives and Multinational Client Coordinators to deliver superior client service
  • Engage and partner with stakeholders to promote AIG Multinational’s segmented value proposition
  • Ensure effective management of multinational program design, development, and execution within service standards
  • Support the Head of Multinational – North America in expanding AIG’s U.S. market presence
  • Represent AIG as the central point of Multinational client and program management in the Midwest Zone
  • Manage assigned Tier 1 and Tier 2 client portfolio in partnership with product and distribution teams
  • Lead pre- and post-bind activities and embed end-to-end process principles
  • Meet service level standards, performance metrics, and improve client experience via surveys
  • Ensure Multinational service fee discipline and rate adequacy for assigned accounts
  • Drive execution of Multinational strategy, establish business cadence with zonal stakeholders
  • Participate in zonal management meetings for alignment with strategies
  • Develop and execute multinational zonal business plan
  • Align with zonal product heads and distribution for profitable growth
  • Foster employee growth through training, career development, and succession planning
  • Adhere to audit, controls procedures, and global fronting underwriting guidelines
  • Support zonal growth strategies, business development, and thought leadership
