As a Multifamily Commercial Real Estate Agent, the independent contractor will be responsible for prospecting new client relationships, attending networking and industry events, participating in pitch meetings and listing proposals, negotiating exclusive listing agreements, marketing exclusive listings to investors, qualifying offers, and leading best and final negotiations, as well as advising clients on their real estate investment strategies. They will also benefit from comprehensive training and mentorship within the Marcus & Millichap organization.
