Responsibilities

  • Support team of local Operation Associates in daily efforts to manage day-to-day operations in retail and/or MFC environment
  • Coach and develop Operation Associates to improve and prepare them for new roles and responsibilities
  • Develop a deep bench of talent through performance management and succession planning
  • Track daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual metrics to measure success and develop strategies to improve customer experience
  • Serve as liaison between department rollout, local execution, and other department leadership partners
  • Ensure sites operate at appropriate staffing levels and anticipate needs
