Leadership and management experience of multi-location teams
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, manage, and retain high performing employees
Adept at analytical work and the ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment

Willing to travel at least 90% of the time
Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field (preferred)
Ability to work with fluid schedules; available during peak hours (5pm - 3am) and on weekends/holidays as needed
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk during shifts

Responsibilities

Support team of local Operation Associates in daily efforts to manage day-to-day operations in retail and/or MFC environments
Coach and develop Operation Associates to improve and prepare them for new roles and responsibilities
Develop a deep bench of talent through performance management and succession planning
Track daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual metrics to measure success and develop strategies to improve customer experience
Serve as liaison between department rollout, local execution, and other department leadership partners
Ensure sites operate at appropriate staffing levels and anticipate needs
