Responsibilities

Recommend and implement cloud optimization strategies to minimize cost while maximizing mission value
Engage with Maxar’s architects and engineers to understand existing cloud implementations and requirements
Collaborate with Engineering VPs to drive optimizations into engineering baselines
Serve as a member of the Cloud Center of Excellence, contributing to the evolution of corporate cloud operations and governance
Engage with the COO and CTO to drive key optimizations and governance reforms, aligning with corporate goals across mission performance, cost, compliance, and resiliency
Analyze empirical data about workloads and costs to identify areas for efficiency improvements
