Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years at top internet/gaming companies
  • Deep understanding of gaming industry dynamics
  • Fluent English (written/spoken); overseas experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Python, Golang, or Node.js to guide developers on architecture optimization
  • Expertise in prototyping tools (Axure, Figma), API documentation, Terraform, and multi-cloud API integration
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or Tencent Cloud, including multi-cloud management tools
  • Strong analytical, architectural design, customer communication and project management capabilities
  • Bonus: Experience in gaming-specific cloud-native, big data, security, or DevOps
  • Bonus: Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure/AliCloud/Tencent Cloud, PMP)
  • Bonus: Proven success in identifying needs from scratch and incubating products from zero to one

Responsibilities

  • Interface with Tencent’s internal and overseas gaming studios to translate infrastructure and network requirements into actionable product tools
  • Guide development teams in implementation, leveraging cloud architecture design principles
  • Analyze Tencent’s global multi-cloud resource landscape to optimize workflows and tooling
  • Develop industry best-practice solutions for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency, and promote adoption across studios
  • Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge industry solutions (e.g., cloud-native, DevOps, security tools)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance technical capabilities, aligning with cloud adoption strategies
  • Define mid-to-long-term product plans for multi-cloud management, network planning, security, and DevOps
  • Convert standardized workflows into product features, focusing on IaaS/PaaS/SaaS systems
