Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer order book and drive supply chain execution with speed and agility
  • Partner with other teams and customers to execute product flow, guide launches and initiatives, and maximize inventory productivity with continuous improvements
  • Ensure customer order book accuracy and integrity through order book maintenance, validation, and proactive management
  • Work closely cross-functionally to align “bottoms-up” shipping goals with “top-down” shipping expectations and support financial objectives
  • Work with customers and Nike teams to align, track, and deliver orders to meet financial goals
  • Provide timely resolution to issues and customer requests to ensure orders are shipped at the right time and place
  • Execute returns and claims requests timely, ensuring account credit status is accurate
  • Ensure quality, on-time relevant information is in place for transparency and visibility for internal partners
  • Support the rollout of new processes, analytical tools, and solutions, providing training on when and how they should be used
