Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in both on-premises and cloud settings
  • Strong expertise in customizing, configuring, and deploying Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Proficient in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and RESTful APIs for custom development
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and ETL processes
  • Solid understanding of CRM design principles, workflows, and data modeling
  • Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues and performance bottlenecks effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) in both on-premises and cloud configurations
  • Customize CRM solutions to meet specific business needs while adhering to best practices and standards
  • Manage and support integrations with other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and consistency across platforms
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in implementing CRM functionalities
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of CRM applications to ensure high performance
  • Provide training and support to end-users to optimize product usage
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and recommend enhancements as necessary
  • Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides
