Diploma tecnico/scientifico o Licenza media con esperienza comprovata
Conoscenza delle normative GMP e dei requisiti ALCOA+
Familiarità con sistemi e filtri disposable
Esperienza nell’utilizzo di impianti di produzione complessi
Conoscenza dell’utilizzo di sistemi per i controlli in-process (bilance, pHmetri, ecc.) e dei sistemi informatici
Conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese
Ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solving

Responsibilities

Pesatura e dispensazione delle materie prime ricevute in magazzino, secondo le istruzioni di lavorazione
Identificazione delle materie prime e materiali necessari per la preparazione, con il supporto di sistemi informatici
Preparazione e filtrazione dei prodotti farmaceutici seguendo le Batch Record e le SOP aziendali, utilizzando sistemi disposable o impianti in acciaio, con controllo e campionamento del processo
Verifica dell’integrità dei sistemi disposable e assemblaggio corretto per le attività di preparazione
Lavaggio e sterilizzazione di reattori e serbatoi in accordo con le SOP e il piano di produzione
Gestione dei processi di sterilizzazione dei materiali necessari alle attività di preparazione mediante l’utilizzo dell’Autoclave
Gestione dell’attività di sterilizzazione e test d’integrità dei filtri sterilizzanti, idrofilici ed idrofobici, di tipo in housing o disposable, in relazione alla frequenza descritta sulle SOP vigenti e alle indicazioni riportate sui Batch Record
Esecuzione di verifiche periodiche sulla funzionalità delle attrezzature (bilance, pHmetri, ossimetri)
Compilazione della documentazione di reparto, inclusi i Batch Record
Campionamento chimico e microbiologico, con relativa documentazione
Monitoraggio particellare dei locali secondo le SOP
Gestione della pulizia e manutenzione dell’ambiente di lavoro
Preparazione di disinfettanti e WFI per la pulizia periodica dei locali classificati del reparto e gestione del lavaggio sterilizzazione dell’apposita linea
Utilizzo corretto dei dispositivi di protezione individuale
