Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years technical/clinical industry experience
  • ARRT or equivalent specific modality certification
  • Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment
  • Proficient use of software applications (Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software
  • Willingness to register with vendor credentialing services
  • Ability to travel extensively (80% or more)

Responsibilities

  • Train customers on MR Scanner usage, producing optimal IQ, and ensuring safe practices
  • Collaborate with sales, project management, and other service organization teams to deliver customer training
  • Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge and skills within Imaging modalities
  • Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and educational sessions to potential customers
  • Develop and administer clinical training to end-user personnel
  • Drive revenue realization through execution of on-site or remote clinical education delivery
  • Provide ongoing post-installation training and support
  • Maintain customer relationships and communicate product and customer concerns to management and other teams
  • Register with vendor credentialing services as required by customer hospitals
  • Travel extensively (4-5 days per week, including overnights and weekends) within the territory via multiple modes of transportation
