Requirements

Proven experience with Morpheus, AWS, or Azure
Thorough understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices
Basic programming knowledge and experience with scripting languages such as Python, Git, Bash, Ansible, and PowerShell
Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools
Understanding of core compute, storage, virtualization, and networking concepts and devices
Understanding of cloud-based security protocols and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and logical troubleshooting skills
Effective verbal communication and collaboration skills
Excellent listening and information gathering skills, as well as the ability to accurately document customer requirements
Knowledge of the ITIL Framework, including incident, service request, change, and problem management
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Able to work in a 24x7x365 environment with a rotating shift
Certifications: ITIL, VCP, Any Cloud certification

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain the Morpheus platform to ensure compatibility with existing systems and infrastructure
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Morpheus platform issues with timely and effective solutions
Maintain the Morpheus platform with regular updates and patches to ensure security, performance, and reliability
Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions on the Morpheus platform
Monitor Morpheus platform performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures
Stay current on Morpheus and ecosystem technologies while following company policies and procedures
Optimize Morpheus performance through cost-effective and efficient resource utilization strategies
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Morpheus with existing systems, applications, and services
Provide excellent customer service by responding to cases quickly and effectively
Provide technical instructions to customers, including those without direct access to their systems or networks
