Requirements

  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred in finance, economics, business, information technology or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, payments, investment banking, cross border, payment networks or related fields. Experience in fintech is a plus
  • 3+ years in product strategy, product management, and/or go-to-market roles
  • Strong business judgement and quantitative analytical skills with the ability to engage deeply in technical discussions as needed
  • Solid understanding of global payments ecosystems, gateways, and cross border transactions processes
  • Proven ability to extract insights from research

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze global payment trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Present research findings, payment trends and process improvement opportunities to stakeholders
  • Create and document business requirements, policies and procedures that support the execution of the strategic vision
  • Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of payment platform initiatives
  • Collaborate with business development and finance teams to develop data driven business cases and recommendations
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to facilitate smooth daily operations and resolve issues efficiently
  • Define, manage and implement compliance policies; oversee vendor portal access and coordinate with auditors to ensure SOX and other regulatory compliance requirements are met
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of vendor portals and payment accounts, including compliance and audit readiness
