The team consists of 15 people who handle orders for mobile services and goods for business clients, along with other administrative tasks related to business customer service.

Key skills include meticulousness, initiative, responsibility, multitasking ability, good communication and collaboration, organizational skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, at least A2 level written English, and good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel: pivot, if, vlookup, etc.). Experience in telecommunications with business clients and systems like Salesforce, SAP, Pvw, LotusNotes is a plus.
