Requirements

Candidates should have proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles, with a comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and compliance. Experience in the technology sector or a rapidly growing company is highly desirable. Fluency in English is required, and experience working remotely or asynchronously with minimal oversight is an advantage. A strong interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws is also expected.

Responsibilities

The Mobility Specialist will provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance, monitor products and services for compliance, and establish/maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include seeking and controlling in-house immigration services to increase revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, as well as analyzing and submitting visa/work permit applications. The role involves independently monitoring immigration law, controlling internal documentation, handling escalations, guiding stakeholders, counseling on immigration processes for travel needs, and managing case statuses using case management systems.
