Responsibilities
Work with the Customer Care Mobile device support team troubleshooting end user mobile device issues, assisting customers with upgrades and new device configurations, and fielding general questions around the mobile space
Assist with device configurations for end users
Troubleshoot hardware or application issues for company supported devices and apps
