Requirements

  • TS/SCI with both Polygraphs security clearance
  • Experience providing support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
  • Experience managing daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
  • Experience providing Tier 1 (Help Desk), Tier 2 (Escalation), and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
  • Experience assisting users in accessing and using IT systems
  • Experience performing account management (establishing, activating, modifying, disabling, and removing accounts)
  • Experience with configuration management, implementation, and sustainment of compliance with system security controls
  • Experience performing periodic vulnerability scans of systems
  • Experience supporting day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc
  • Experience implementing IAVA security patches and recording patch status in systems of record
  • Experience supporting escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers
  • Experience optimizing system operations and resource utilization, including system capacity analysis and planning
  • In-depth experience troubleshooting IT systems
  • Experience providing detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets
  • Experience supporting dispatch system and hardware problems, remaining involved in resolution
  • Experience configuring and managing UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems
  • Experience installing/loading operating system software, troubleshooting, maintaining integrity, and configuring network components

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
  • Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk), Tier 2, and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
  • Assist users in accessing and using IT systems
