Experience in restoration, construction, or roofing is preferred
Ability to create and manage project schedules
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to coordinate site-specific activities
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
Ability to lead and train a crew (20+ members)
Proficiency in using daily logs and documentation

Responsibilities

Work with the Project Director to create the ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) and project schedule
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate site-specific activities
Maintain a daily log
Communicate project conditions to the Project Director and owner
Verify work progress
Ensure daily job site safety
Maintain preparedness for dispatch, ensure readiness of personal items and equipment, and deploy to projects, including out-of-state assignments
Assist with warehouse management, ensuring vehicles, equipment, and supplies are stocked and maintained
Book and document travel arrangements, communicate travel progress, and ensure transportation of supplies
Prepare daily production assignments, obtain necessary supplies, tools, and PPE
Prepare paperwork, document conditions, labor, equipment, and activities in daily logs
Conduct daily job site safety meetings, maintain attention to safety, and train general laborers
Ensure quality standards are exceeded and maintain adherence to company and industry standards
Supervise labor crews, present a neat and clean appearance, and maintain open communication
