Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachlagerist oder profunde Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lagerwirtschaft oder alternativ hinreichende Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Warenannahme, Kommissionierung und Warenausgang oder im Produktionsbereich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Office und ERP-Systemen, Kenntnisse in SAP (Warehousemodul) von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft, im gekühlten Lagerbereich bei Temperaturen von 2 bis 8 Grad Celsius (und kurzzeitig -20 Grad Celsius) zu arbeiten (Schutzkleidung wird gestellt)
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2er-Schicht, Früh- und Spätschicht)
  • Zuverlässig, flexibel, belastbar und teamfähig
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Responsibilities

  • Warentransport zwischen den Warenlagern
  • Vernichtungen von klinischen Produkten nach Studienende
  • Versorgung aller Abteilungen mit angeforderten Materialien
  • Befolgen aller Prozesseschritte gemäß Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOP) und Verpackungsvorschriften
  • Befolgung der Qualitätsanforderungen (Right First Time), Hygiene- und Arbeitsvorschriften nach GMP-Richtlinien
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von kleineren Abweichungen im Standardprozess, um Fortgang des Arbeitsprozesses sicherzustellen und deren Nachverfolgung zu sichern
  • Teilnahme an jährlicher Inventur
  • Transport und Lagerung von klinischen Produkten im temperaturkontrollierten und im gekühlten Lager bei Temperaturen von 2 bis 8 Grad Celsius und kurzzeitig bis zu -20 Grad Celsius gemäß den gesetzlichen, behördlichen und betrieblichen Richtlinien und Verfahren
