Responsibilities
The Mitarbeiter*in Wechselprozesse und Marktkommunikation (m/w/d) will be responsible for processing and monitoring all supplier change processes after GPKE and GeLi Gas, handling electronic data exchange between market partners, clarifying invoice issues with partners, serving as a point of contact for market partners via email and phone, supporting energy forecasts for balance sheet circle managers, optimizing system and process errors, developing solution proposals, and collaborating with the customer service and development teams to continuously improve processes.
