Responsibilities

Implement and Support MineStar® Command for hauling operation and maximizing system performance
Become a trusted advisor for the client, with key knowledge in the system, through close internal and external collaboration, supporting the operation of autonomous trucks
Manage machine and system integration
Provide technical support to the supervisors and maintenance technicians of the components on board the MineStar® Command for hauling system
Support the installation and configuration of hardware and software by establishing Quality Assurance and Control processes
Identify field issues, troubleshoot and then track progress
Analyze data relating to Autonomous and base machine faults, including regular evaluation of the data accuracy and integrity of the system
Report on the working status of hardware and software of the Autonomous system to Engineering
Support in the development of training material and the definition of operational processes
