Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or information technology, or equivalent education and work experience, along with at least two years of experience. Professional certification, such as ISTQB-CTFL or ISTQB-CTAL, is preferred, and experience in manual and automation testing is required. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and processes, experience in executing test cases and documenting defects, knowledge of the software development life cycle, and agile methodologies are also necessary. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong attention to detail and quality, experience with defect tracking tools, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines are crucial qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Mid QC Engineer will be responsible for conducting quality control activities within the software development team, ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications. This includes executing test cases and scripts, identifying and documenting defects, assisting in the creation of test plans and test strategies, tracking and reporting on the status of defects, collaborating with the development team and other stakeholders to resolve defects, and creating and maintaining test documentation. They will also contribute to the overall quality assurance process and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
