Responsibilities

Maintain organized, production-ready Figma files and uphold strong file hygiene practices
Act as final design checkpoint, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and alignment with brand standards
Prepare and polish final design files for development handoff with pixel-perfect accuracy and consistency
Partner with developers post-handoff to review builds, flag design QA issues, and guide in-dev refinements
Serve as a go-to expert on design system and toolkit — ensuring proper use and advocating for continuous improvement
Implement and extend design system components, spacing, and visual patterns in real-world digital experiences
Collaborate with design system and engineering partners to maintain visual and functional consistency across web and app
Contribute to system documentation and education, helping elevate design system literacy
Translate UX flows and product requirements into refined, visually engaging UI designs
Create and iterate on high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specs in Figma
Respond to feedback with a refinement mindset, improving clarity and scalability of design assets
Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and elevate design consistency
Contribute to shared best practices and advocate for design system-driven efficiency
