Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned top Tier 2 clients through regular meetings, sharing Infobip strategy/roadmap, and positioning against competitors to achieve customer health and growth
  • Serve as focal point for clients on business/technical expectations, handling technical escalations, services/product adoption, and communicating feedback to Product teams; coordinate teams to serve customers
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs (gross profit, margin%, cross-sells, NRR, tier2 to tier1 transitions) for business growth
  • Work closely with Customer Success for existing and future SaaS business
  • Collaborate with CPaaS Registrations and Platform Operations to ensure proper client account setup (account creation, route management, sender registration, content filtration)
  • Monitor and act with Revenue Assurance to minimize health risks, including financial collections and netting
  • Analyze and forecast client traffic, reacting to ensure growth, minimize losses, and maximize GP/revenue
  • Collaborate with Self Service team for customer transitions/upgrades, ensuring thorough internal handover and smooth customer handoff
